When we come for an estimate for carpet cleaning:
We determine by inspection any special concerns or problems that may need special attention before we begin the cleaning process.
We work with you to determine what, if any, furniture needs to be moved.
We would ask you to remove any breakables on the furniture before we arrive.
Items we do not move are: Piano’s, entertainment centers, computers or electronic devices, aquariums, or book shelves, (unless they are empty).
Because Host Dry cleaning does not wet the carpet, most furniture can be placed right back in its original place after we clean the areas underneath.
The Carpet Cleaning Process:
1. We begin with a thorough removal of all loose dirt and debris with a commercial vacuum cleaner.
2. We pre-spray heavy traffic lanes and dense stains and then brush these areas with the Host machine.
3. We then apply the Host sponges by hand evenly over the carpet and brush the carpet from every angle to remove the dirt and stains.
4. Next we go back and give special attention or repeat the process on tough spots and stains until we see them disappear.
5. Finally, we remove the sponges and dirt with our commercial vacuums. Because of the molecular makeup of the sponges it is actually beneficial to leave a few sponges to attract future dirt.
6. We then would replace any furniture that was moved.

PRICES FOR CARPET AND RUG CLEANING : $50.00 minimum charge

General cleaning is from ($0.25 - $0.35) cents per square foot, depending on the condition of the carpet and the amount of furniture moved.  Free spotting, sanitizing, and free furniture moving.

The average cost per home is about  $175.00   The host system eliminates the need for wall to wall cleaning because of the excellent blending capabilities.  Example:  12x14 room = 168 sf @ 0.25 per ft = $42.00.

If you choose to have your carpets protected, we can protect them for $ 0.15 per square foot or we can place an antimicrobial barrier on them which kills bacteria, mold spores, and dust mites for $0.25 per square foot.

We charge a $20 travel fee if over 20 miles.

Wool, oriental, and Persian rugs usually range from ($39.99 to $84.99).

Upholstery Cleaning Services:

We use the Kleen-Rite system for upholstery and mattresses. This is one of the top rated systems because it is specialized just for upholstery and it quickly extracts the heated mist from the spray nozzle and allows the upholstery to dry much quicker that a system designed for carpet cleaning. This system allows us to wet or dry clean fabrics. We can even clean shear drapery using dry cleaning solvent.
Before we begin, we carefully inspect the fabrics to determine its clean-ability and whether to use the wet or dry process. If we are not sure, we test the fabric to identify what fabric we will be cleaning. Most furniture usually has a tag that identifies which method is recommended.
Most furniture dries within an hour or two, depending on the saturation of the dirt and stains.

We can protect the furniture with Teflon or scotch-guard if you decide to prolong the resoiling of the fabric by treating it with barriers.

PRICES & PROCESSES FOR PET ODOR REMOVAL:
First, we locate the areas to be treated and then determine how deep the urine has penetrated so that we can use the appropriate process. Each process would have a different price depending on the process needed and the size and number of areas treated.
1. If urine is in the fibers and pad, we inject an antimicrobial into the pad and then treat and clean the carpet with Host Dry Cleaner.
2. If the pad and floor is saturated we will need to pull up the carpet and treat the subfloor, replace the pad, and treat the back side of the carpet, restretch the carpet, and then we clean the carpet with Host Dry Cleaner.

Prices usually range from as little as ($15.00 to $50.00) per area.
• All prices are estimates and final price is determined by the process used and the severity and size of the affected areas.

CARPET REPAIRS AND RESTRETCHING

All repairs and restretching is done prior to cleaning and would require an appointment to determine what furniture needed to be removed before we arrive at the job site.
We can move the furniture for you for a reasonable price or you can elect to move the furniture yourself to save monies.

PRICES FOR REPAIRS AND RESTRETCHING:
Carpet reseaming has a $40.00 minimum and then charged $5.00 per linear foot.

Carpet restretching has a minimum of $75.00 and then charged at $2.00 per square yard.

• Note: We cannot guarantee that all wrinkles will disappear because some wrinkles are caused by damage to the backing caused by overwetting or by other chemicals that have caused delamination, (separating of the primary and secondary backing).
