"Gary cleaned all the carpets in my house. Within a couple of hours they were cleaner and fluffier than they had been in over 10 years. And we were able to use them right away.
Additionally, some black stains that the kids had somehow gotten in their room (and nothing we tried would get them out) disappeared under Gary's magic touch. I was amazed.Gary is very reasonable in his rates and his results are far superior to his competition. He is easy to work with and is a genuinely nice guy.
Just to illustrate Gary's great customer service attitude: about 2 weeks after he cleaned the carpets we had a sick dog who stained them again. Gary came right out and removed the spots. We were completely unable to tell where they had been. And then Gary refused to accept payment for his effort.
